Membership Terms and Conditions

Elite Pro-Membership:

Full app access, connecting with anyone.
Free access to 4 live events, discounted virtual events.
1 free concierge placement.

Bi-monthly newsletter, project sharing, and industry resources.
Opportunity to discover publicists, hairstylists, job boards, and more.
Access to TV and film educational resources.
Networking through virtual and in-person events.

Membership Duration and Renewal: One-year term as of the date of signing, with monthly or annual payment options. Auto-renewal unless canceled quarterly.

Membership Fees:

Emerging Pro: $19.97/month or $197/year.
Elite Pro Membership: $39.97/month or $397/year.

Keep shared information confidential unless authorized in writing.by disclosing party

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from or relating to the membership or these terms and conditions shall be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, binding arbitration. Both parties agree to participate in good faith to reach a mutually acceptable resolution.
Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to the membership or these terms and conditions shall be filed exclusively in the courts of New York, Kings County and the parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Limitation of Liability:

Creatricity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising out of or in connection with the membership or use of Creatricity's services.
Creatricity's total liability, (if any) whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the fees paid by the member to Creatricity during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Mmener agrees that such monetary damages shall be the sole and exclusive remedy Member is entitled to and such rmemdy is fair and just. Member shall not be entitled to, and will not seek any other reimbursement, payment, clai.s or damages.

Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary information, related to Creatricity's platform, resources, and materials, shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Creatricity. Members shall not use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property without Creatricity's prior written consent

Indemnification:

Members agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Creatricity, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the member's use of Creatricity's services, violation of these terms and conditions, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Representations and warranties
Member warrants and represents that Member:
Has the full right, power and authority to enter into this agreement, Member shall keep all information obtained, accessed or obtained thru Creatricity confidential, and member shall not make any disparaging, false or negative statements against Creatricity or other memembers, assigns, licensees or contractors of Creatricity.

Termination and Refunds:

No refunds for early membership cancellation.
Immediate termination for code of ethics breach, or breach of any representation or warranty, no refunds.
