Heather Daughtry, a native of Los Angeles, embodies the vibrant cultural tapestry of her hometown. A true Angeleno, she is deeply committed to her community, leveraging her love for technology, music, theatre, film, and television to create meaningful synergies. As a multi-hyphenate, Heather seamlessly merges her passions, aiming to produce purposeful work that resonates globally with the Creatricity team as Director of Events and Partnerships.

Heather's career is marked by significant contributions in marketing, events, programming, partnerships, and production. With a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, she has shared her talents with Cinedigm, Radio Disney, NBCUniversal, Allied Global Marketing, and most recently at Final Draft, Inc. As the former Manager of Sponsorships and Partnerships at Final Draft, she fostered key relationships and produced numerous screenwriting and high-profile industry events and social campaigns with partners including Deadline, the WGA, and global film festivals.

Heather's work lies at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and mutually beneficial relationships. Her natural ability to connect people and bring collaborative efforts to life has driven her to work as an independent consultant, focusing on projects and partnerships aligned with her mission.

In addition to her work with Creatricity, Heather serves as Chief of Programming for the Black Boy Writes/Black Girl Writes Mentorship Initiative, dedicated to supporting, building community, and creating a pipeline for underrepresented screenwriters.

Heather's versatile background, honed through her work in both studio and brand agency settings, provides her with a deep understanding of the ever-changing entertainment landscape. Beyond her professional endeavors, she passionately pursues the arts, particularly acting and music, demonstrating a multifaceted expertise and unwavering dedication to excellence, collaboration, and advocacy.

Heather holds a degree in Communication with an emphasis in Performance Studies and a minor in Music from California State University Long Beach. She is also an alum of the LACC Theatre Academy and an active student at The Groundlings. Outside of work, Heather enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her Maltipoo, Ivory Moon—a quintessential LA dog mom!
