Julie, an expert business strategist  is a New York and Silicon Valley startup attorney.  After graduation from Columbia University, she went on to receive a a J.D. from George Washington University. She began her career with a public service post as a state prosecutor in Massachusetts that included a Civil Rights appointment. After a successful in-house career, including Fortune 100 firms and spanning General Counsel, International Counsel and M &A Counsel titles, Julie transitioned to executive roles at venture backed companies in Silicon Valley. Upon her return to the East coast, she started her own practice which focuses on startup work and employment law.  Ms. Goggin brings a lifelong record of community service including Board service at the Junior League of San Francisco,  NYJL, and  President of the Pound Ridge Library Foundation.   Julie is a truly passionate advocate for women and people of color.
